Ravioli from scratch?

I have never had sweet potato and goat cheese ravioli before, much less made from scratch in my own kitchen! I learned how to roll, fill, cut, etc.

We deliver fresh, portioned controlled meals to the office and here was the comment from one of the ladies. "I say throw portion contril out the window on theses and pile them on - YUM"
